Showcase everything from cakes and pies to eclairs and flan in this Avantco BC-36-HC 36" curved glass white refrigerated bakery display case! Perfect for bakeries, cafes, coffee shops, and diners, the unit includes 2 glass shelves to help display and organize product. Each shelf holds up to 44 lb. of weight.
Designed with double glass panels on 4 sides, the case provides maximum product visibility, tempting customers with decadent desserts. The rest of the exterior is white, so you can be sure that it draws attention to the treats on display. Plus, LED lighting is built-in, illuminating product for a bright, enticing display.
This bakery case ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/4 hp refrigeration system that circulates R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3.
This unit includes a set of 2" casters to make it easy to move for cleaning and service. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.

Does not stay to temperature. Set for 33° and is consistently at 37-46° when I come in. I have to switch it off and back on to have it get down to 33°.

the bakery case is nice to see but quality is not the best. I got this deli case a few months ago and it broke. I contacted Ready Kitchen Warranty because the bakery case suddenly stopped working. the tech came out to check it out and waiting for parts its going to take them 10 days to fix the problem and that I am not sure of because I am still waiting. I really wouldn't recommend it. if you can purchase a different brand.

I am very happy with this new display. The order process and customer support was very helpful with my questions. The delivery process arrived as planned and scheduled with a lift gate. The delivery man was very helpful and courteous with the delivery of my order. Once I unpacked it, I was very happy with the looks and function of my cake display. I believe I made a good choice in purchasing this Avantco cake display.

BEAWARE!!!! dimensions on the inside are a rip off, it was way smaller than the dimensions on the website . Between restocking fee and shipping im losing half of what I paid for.

Looks great and has enough space inside of it. The doors do pop open if you close the other door too hard. It's hard to notice, so we added a little locking mechanism so they stay closed.

I absolutely love this refrigerator. It has enough room for everything I have . Cakes , pastries , cookies … strong lights ( cold) makes every product look fantastic . Cooling fast . Easy sliding doors .huge room on the top makes it easy to store some cookies trays on it .

do not buy from this company, they have bad customer service, i bought referg. from them and 2 years extended warnty and when broken they said no waranty be aware BAD BAD COMPANY
