Designed to maintain temperatures from 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, this refrigerator boasts a bottom-mounted 1/2 hp compressor that runs on R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. In addition, the bottom-mounted design makes it easy for employees to load and unload products due to the raised bottom shelf. For optimal temperature retention, the entire cabinet is foamed-in place using polyurethane insulation. Other helpful features include magnetic gaskets, automatic defrosting, as well as a digital temperature control and display. This item requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Fridge does not cool properly. The negative reviews are correct. The temperature range is not correct. It will not cool lower than 45. My customers keeps complaining about drinks not chilling. Affecting my business greatly

I purchased a commercial reach-in refrigerator from WebstaurantStore 6 months ago, and it has been a nightmare from day one. The unit has never been able to hold a safe temperature, constantly staying above 40°F, which has caused me to lose hundreds of dollars in spoiled dairy products. It even completely shut down on me once. When I initially contacted WebstaurantStore, I was assured the equipment came with a 1year warranty and was told to file a claim. However, the warranty department is now denying coverage, claiming that because the refrigerator was installed in a food trailer, the warranty drops to only 30 days even though the trailer is stationary and has never been moved. If commercial equipment cannot handle a stationary food trailer environment without failing immediately due to poor factory quality, it shouldn't be sold as "commercial grade." Extremely disappointed with the lack of support for small business owners. I expected much better customer service and accountability from WebstaurantStore.

Unit stopped cooling suddenly. Evaporator leak AND compressor failure--only two years old!! Repairs $2k...I may as well purchase another cooler! Horrible!!!

This refrigerator does not cool!!!! It says it’s at 41 degrees and the drinks in there are lukewarm at best even though I have it on the lowest setting. Hasn’t cooled even right after opening it.

This thing come with no wheels. Delivery guy drop front door. Refuseto bring in. Now i have no way to bring it in. Weight a ton with no wheeles.

?????????? Exceptional Performance & Service — Highly Recommended! We were genuinely impressed with both the product and the service from WebstaurantStore. From ordering to operation, everything went smoothly. The unit arrived quickly and securely on a pallet, and all we had to do was roll it in, free it from the casters, plug it in, and it reached temperature in about 22 minutes. As a pizzeria owner preparing for high volume grab and go and packaged drink sales, the GDC 23 HC delivered exactly what we needed. The white coated glass door design looks sharp and professional, and the interior LED lighting shows off our beverages and ready items in a way that draws customer attention. The build quality is outstanding with a durable coated steel exterior, a strong bottom mounted compressor with efficient refrigerant, and four adjustable shelves that each hold up to eighty eight pounds. Temperature control is exact. The unit settled quickly into the thirty three to forty degree range and stayed consistent. Do not buy this refrigerator. Absolutely terrible experience. The compressor broke less than 2 years. Very few repair companies agreed to take the job. During that time, my business had a non working refrigerator just sitting there. Seven months later, it broke again. I originally pad $ in 2022 and now the price dropped to $ but even at that lower price, it's not worth the hassle, time or money.
