Designed to maintain temperatures from 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, this refrigerator boasts a bottom-mounted 1/2 hp compressor that runs on R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. In addition, the bottom-mounted design makes it easy for employees to load and unload products due to the raised bottom shelf. For optimal temperature retention, the entire cabinet is foamed-in place using polyurethane insulation. Other helpful features include magnetic gaskets, automatic defrosting, as well as a digital temperature control and display. This item requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Like many other reviews. This refridgerator was good for about 2 years. We are a seasonal business so actually 1 year of run time. We do unplug it during the off season. It stopped getting cold and that was it. We cleaned the coils and did everything we could do other hire someone to come and take a look. It has a 2 year parts and labor and that expired a few months ago. For a commercial fridge, it did not last very long at all. 1000% DO NOT waste your money. There are so many reviews that say the same thing about this fridge so it is happening to everyone.

Fridge does not cool properly. The negative reviews are correct. The temperature range is not correct. It will not cool lower than 45. My customers keeps complaining about drinks not chilling. Affecting my business greatly

I purchased a commercial reach-in refrigerator from WebstaurantStore 6 months ago, and it has been a nightmare from day one. The unit has never been able to hold a safe temperature, constantly staying above 40°F, which has caused me to lose hundreds of dollars in spoiled dairy products. It even completely shut down on me once. When I initially contacted WebstaurantStore, I was assured the equipment came with a 1year warranty and was told to file a claim. However, the warranty department is now denying coverage, claiming that because the refrigerator was installed in a food trailer, the warranty drops to only 30 days even though the trailer is stationary and has never been moved. If commercial equipment cannot handle a stationary food trailer environment without failing immediately due to poor factory quality, it shouldn't be sold as "commercial grade." Extremely disappointed with the lack of support for small business owners. I expected much better customer service and accountability from WebstaurantStore.

Unit stopped cooling suddenly. Evaporator leak AND compressor failure--only two years old!! Repairs $2k...I may as well purchase another cooler! Horrible!!!

This refrigerator does not cool!!!! It says it’s at 41 degrees and the drinks in there are lukewarm at best even though I have it on the lowest setting. Hasn’t cooled even right after opening it.
