  • Avantco Brand is great! This chef base has helped our operation. Remember to keep the temp there are a few things you need to remember. If you do not have every space occupied, then it is best to have an empty 1/3 in there to help keep the cold in. Also, if you are using the base to place a grill or griddle on top of it, you must have a barrier (ceramic tiles work great) to allow the heat to absorb into that instead of spewing heat onto the refrigerated chef base. this is our third purchase of this, and will buy more when expanding.
