39 1/2" Solid Door Reach-In Freezer

We have had our freezer for just over a year. It is used in a food bank at our church so maybe not as much usage as a commercial setting, but we have had no issues so far. We bought another unit 6 months ago and it has worked flawlessly as well. We are looking to buy a third and hope we have the same experience. Never contacted customer service so I can't speak to that, but the fit and finishes were all very nice.

the compress went out. they replaced the compresser had a hvac company replace the compresser and went out again a month later a week after the warrenty was up. Cost more to fix than replacer the unit.

Received defective, did not install early enough to know that there's something wrong with it. One week past the 30-day return period, even though it's new and not used, it's useless.

Horrible quality! This freezer arrived defective — the LED screen shows a temperature that never goes below zero Fahrenheit. Strangely, the meat seems somewhat frozen, but the ice cream melts. Something is clearly wrong with the cooling system. We submitted a warranty claim over a week ago and have heard nothing back.

Save your money and look for a more reliable brand with better customer service.
