25" Solid Door Reach-In Freezer

I like that it fits perfectly in the space of my shop and how it looks. What I don’t like about it is that temperature jumps up and down constantly. We had it since October 2020. The top does work like a freezer if you don’t constantly open out but the bottom works like a fridge. We had ice cream at the bottom and all of it went soft. We probably got a defected freezer like some on here. Good thing we only need to use the top. Still last after 6 years but we also shut it down every year at the end of November, since we are a seasonal business. Maybe Thats why it had lasted this long. I appreciate webstaurant for allowing us to still write a review after using the appliance for 6 years now. It does it’s job for what we need but would not suggest getting if you are a high volume business that need to grab items from it all day. The temperature will go down drastically. Thats what our experience is with this freezer others may differ.

DO NOT buy from this company. We've had this freezer for about 19 months. Multiple warranty claims because it does not hold temp. The thermostat is set to the lowest possible setting and the digital thermometer says it is between 0 and -7.9F but internal placed thermometers regularly will show 10-20F. This is first check of temperatures after sitting all night, more than 12 hours closed and unused. Warranty service will every single time say that the problem is product is touching back wall, or product is touching side walls, or product is touching other product and there is no air flow. It's literally filled half of it's "capacity" to allow air flow based on their tech "recommendations" and yet it still doesn't keep frozen. I replaced a residential freezer that was smaller in footprint, but actually held more product frozen with this piece of garbage.
