25" Solid Door Reach-In Freezer

Worst purchase ever! Poor quality very flimsy and so loud it makes me physically ill, headache, nausea. I’m sad, mortified. It cost more to repair than new.

This product looks great seems to be great so far. The only reason for four stars is that we have not had this product very long.

Works great, no issues after two years with preventative maintenance. Only thing is after you close the door it locks until it gets back to temp which is annoying if you forgot something or you accidentally let the door closed on you but its a very minor annoying feature.

Decent freezer so far. It makes a good amount of noise and rattles (unlike my other three fridge and freezers). I bought a bun rack that (according to website) fits - it did not. The replacement they offered fit but it’s extremely tight - I will need to modify the rack in order for it to fit well. Otherwise works well so far.

Freezer arrived with shelving tracks installed incorrectly and the freezer is very noisy. Even though the freezer arrived with issues webstaurant customer support wouldn’t do anything to help other than suggest I submit a warranty claim on my brand new freezer. The warranty company has been very difficult to deal with. 2 months in and I’m now just getting it diagnosed my a service tech to wait on parts that may or may not require that I end up replacing the unit anyhow. I am beyond dissatisfied with this unit and wish I would not have purchased.

I got a bad one. Within a few weeks I had to have a refrigeration line repaired, the the door hinges broke, both fixed under warranty. Other door broke, repaired line failed and system filled with water from the line being in the drain pan. Not under warranty. My technician has worked on this unit for many hours with no luck. Contacted a customer support person this morning, was told there is nothing they can do. Unit is less than 2 years old. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the last 12 years, today I will be ending my relationship with them.

It stopped working after 1 year and 4 months of regular use on ice packs. I submitted claims to the company but no response. They can be a good freezer but once it breaks you are on your own.
