Holding up to 8 ice cream tubs at a time, the unit is perfect for ice cream shops, candy stores, dessert bars, and cafeterias. The frozen storage space beneath the display even provides a convenient place for holding up to 6 back-up flavors, making it a space-efficient unit for businesses with limited space.

Outfitted with a flat-front sneeze guard, the dipping cabinet is perfect for front-of-house applications. Not only does the sneeze guard prevent customers from contaminating the product, but it ensures crystal-clear visibility for merchandising purposes. By showcasing bright, fruity or dark and decadent, chocolatey flavors behind the glass, you tempt customers into trying a bite -- or a few! A sliding cover also protects the ice cream, while helping to retain cold air around the product for a safe holding environment. Because it slides open and closed, it's fast and easy to use, too, which is perfect for those busy rush hours or constant streams of customers in the summer months! The cover also comes equipped with a lid lock to ensure that your ice cream remains protected and temperature controlled.

Featuring a manual control to maintain temperatures from -15 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit, this cabinet ensures that ice cream is held in a proper environment to preserve its quality and consistency. To help achieve this, the robust, bottom-mounted 2/5 hp compressor Uses R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Plus, for maximum structural rigidity and temperature retention, the cabinet is foamed-in place using polyurethane insulation.

This unit is white painted steel and built with rounded corners for an attractive, sleek appearance. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Great dipping cases. I have used this for about 6 months and the case cleans easily, holds Temps perfectly and is easy to use. Seems pretty durable. Had an issue with the lock and customer service was great to send us a replacement glass to fix the issue. The lock is cheap and will likely break again. Also the wheels are small and work OK on smooth flat surface but will not handle any floor obstructions or carpet. I am having to make a platform with bigger wheels to set the case on so I can move it easily. Also the rings around the ice cream are thin and flimsy but with care they will hold up ok.

Don't purchase!! Doors are very poorly made! We purchased this cabinet for our ice cream shop, and within 2 months the corner seams of the sliding doors have already cracked and the seals are coming out. This is just from normal wear and tear. We loved our older Avantco cabinets. The old ones had side seams, not corner seams, and we did not have this issue. Unfortunately we had to purchase new because a drunk driver hit our building and destroyed everything!

I've been running the freezer a few months in my shop and it's a constant temperature adjusting game. The knobs are hard to turn, and you need to lay on the ground to see the settings. The sliding doors are a hassle, and you must make sure it closes properly they stick some so you think it's closed but it's not. I bought 2 and have them side by side, after receiving them the manual states to leave a gap between the freezer and any structures, thankfully I had extra space, or it would have been disastrous.

Hate it but at this point it would be expensive to return it since I already have my business running. The sliding doors suck they get stock to each other and one side you have to hold otherwise both doors go to the same side. I've checked videos and instructions, and it looks like I followed the instructions perfectly. I ALMOST FORGOT I BOUGHT THIS FREEZER AND 2 WEEKS LATER THRY LOWER THE PRICE frustrating to be honest but what I'm trying to say is do you research maybe wait a week or two you could save $

I have four of these freezers in my shop. They have all been great and they are energy efficient so it isn't bad on my electric bill. I have them currently with the glass off as they are not customer facing. We focus on shakes in my shop and not scoops so it's easier for us to have our freezers all behind so we can access them from both sides.
