This bakery display case features ultra-clear glass and bright, cool LED lighting that is designed to show off your baked goods! With a proper display, your bakery items can merchandise themselves and increase impulse sales. The case also has three durable interior heavy-duty tempered glass shelves that you can adjust depending on the items you want to display. The flat front glass provides an unobstructed view of your food while the side glass panels and rear glass access doors ensure that customers can see the case's contents from any angle and make it easy to load and unload products without intruding. This unit includes a set of (4) 2" casters to make it easy to move for cleaning and servicing and requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.

The unit is beautiful and arrived in great condition. The aluminum shelves got scratches on them when I placed the glass covers, which was a disappointment. The most problematic issue with this dry display is that the LED lamps. The LED strips emit heat of 100F, that elevates the interior of the display around 10F from the room temp. So if the room is at 72F the display is around 80F-82F. The higher temperature does not help the pastries and slowly dries them. We will remove the LED stips and install our own LEDs .

While we love the look of our case, the heat that comes from the lights increases the heat inside by 10-15 degrees. The LED lights are definitely not cool and are very drying on our cookies leaving us with few options to put in our case. We ended up unplugging 2 rows of lights and putting boxes on the bottom shelf. Still gets up to 72 degrees with those adjustments

The case itself is beautiful We purchased 2. But like the other review stated it does get VERY hot, hotter than what it should considering they say they have LED lights in them. Wishing we would have purchased the refrigerated option.

This case is beautiful! But has a couple of things I would change. The shelves in this unit are pretty narrow. I am used to bakery cases where I can fit a half sheet pan on the shelves comfortably. The width of the top shelf on this is 12", the second shelf is 13", and the third is 14". Second, this case gets really warm and humid. So if you are displaying anything that could potentially melt, this may not be the case for you. We have to swap out our meltable baked goods every 20 minutes or so. Other than that, this case is gorgeous and lights up nicely.
