A corrosion-resistant, all-stainless steel interior and exterior construction provides increased durability and a sleek appearance. This model uses the VersaHub platform to provide live notifications, history, and other WiFi-enabled updates. The two self-closing and stay-open locking solid doors give your staff the ability to more quickly and easily load your refrigerator when you get a delivery, while the drawers offers easy inventory access. Plus, a door open alarm alerts users to when the doors have been open for too long to keep your inventory safe and fresh.

This model features 4 plastic-coated steel shelves that fit in the refrigerator's pan slides. These slides fit full-size food pans (sold separately) and hold 33% more weight than shelf clips to make loading and unloading a breeze! The full-length U-shaped door handles further expedite the loading process. Since this model has half doors, you're able to keep other food cold if you're only opening half of the refrigerated space at a time. Thanks to the rear air duct, this model has exceptional air circulation. Included casters allow users to easily move and clean under the unit.

Designed to maintain temperatures from 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, this refrigerator boasts a top-mounted 1/2 hp compressor that uses R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. In addition, the top-mounted compressor is further from the floor than on a bottom-mounted unit; meaning it'll get less dirty and won't be accidentally kicked. For optimal temperature retention, the entire cabinet is foamed-in place using polyurethane insulation. Other helpful features include the state-of-the-art Carel iJ controller, automatic defrosting, and digital temperature control with digital display. This item requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

    BUYER BEWARE – Very Costly Mistake for Our Restaurant I am writing this review to warn other restaurant owners about my experience purchasing a refrigerator from WebstaurantStore. We ordered a brand new unit for our restaurant expecting it to arrive ready to operate. After delivery, we removed and disposed of our old working unit to install the new one. That is when the nightmare started. The brand-new refrigerator arrived defective and unusable: • One drawer had defective railings and would not function properly. • Another drawer would not seal correctly. • The door sensors were malfunctioning and constantly beeping, indicating the door was open even when it was shut. • We were missing FOUR drawer dividers, making the drawers practically useless for proper food organization. This was not a minor cosmetic issue. This was a completely unusable piece of equipment for a working restaurant. When I contacted WebstaurantStore, I was told I needed to file a warranty claim instead of receiving an immediate replacement. That response was extremely frustrating. We were delivered a defective unit straight out of the box, yet the burden was placed on us to wait for service and repairs. In the restaurant industry, downtime is not an inconvenience it directly impacts operations, food safety, and revenue. We had already removed our old unit, assuming the new one would function properly. Now we are left without usable refrigeration while waiting for warranty service on a brand-new purchase. Ordering large commercial equipment online may seem convenient, but understand the risk: if something arrives defective, you may be stuck going through warranty processes instead of receiving immediate resolution. This situation has significantly affected our business, and I strongly urge other restaurant owners to consider the potential consequences before making a similar purchase. Proceed with caution.
