The refrigerated portion is readily accessible through the two doors, which open up to two shelves to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the spacious interior. Plus, because they each accommodate up to 90 lb., the epoxy-coated steel shelves are well equipped for holding heavy bulk ingredients, from fresh produce to sauces, glazes, and other specialty condiments and garnishes.

This refrigerated unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a 430 type stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior, made with 304 type stainless steel, also offers the durability necessary for heavy, regular use. For long-lasting quality assurance and peace of mind, this unit comes with a 2 year Parts and Labor Warranty.

This worktop refrigerator ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/2 hp refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to trap in the cold air and to prevent the ambient air from entering. This ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers!

Operation of the refrigerator is easy, thanks to its special features. Monitor it by consulting the interior wall-mounted thermometer, and use the auto-defrost feature on the pre-programmed digital controller to maintain the refrigerator in tip-top shape. 2 1/2" casters make moving simple for easy cleaning and bring the unit to an ADA-compliant working height. This worktop refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

This worktop refrigerator has become an indispensable component to our back bar. perfect height for working and storing items. The refrigerator component is one of the best I've ever seen with little to no temperature fluctuation noticed even during busy times.

I can't even begin to express how unimpressed I am with this machine as it's not working, and hasn't been since we plugged it in I threw a few things in it overnight when we plugged it in so there was stuff in the fridge. Came in the next morning to find everything warm and horrible smelling from being left in what felt like a sauna. The unit kicked in and everything but nothing cooled off. I won't be purchasing any Avantco products in the future.

Kitchen is mostly Avantco product so when I needed another fridge I didn't hesitate on another Avantco product. This fridge is 48' long with a solid SS worktop that gets abused every day. Storage is at a premium and the added storage is a blessing. Temperature remains constant and compressor is very quiet, great price too!!!!

This refrigerator provides a great work space. The back splash prevents things from falling over. Holds a steady temp. My only negative with the rack inside does not go all the way to the back, so some of the space is not usable unless we stack items awkwardly leaning on the back of the rack and wall

At first we were a little skeptical of buying these Avantco fridges. We were thinking of going with the turbo air or true refrigerators, but were are glad we went with these. They are half the price of the ones we were looking at, but do the same job. The only thing we will have to see is longevity, but without that working capitol we might not even make it to see that. Nonetheless this fridge is quality and a great buy

This Avantco is ok. There's a problem w/ the thermometer . Somewhere It does read the temp. correctly. The temp. always stay at 44degree and never go down even if I turn it on to low/high.

It should not be built into cabinetry. This unit requires 3” of clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.

To promote proper air flow through your Avantco unit, please ensure that the wire ledges on the shelves are positioned toward the back of the unit. These ledges help keep enough space between your product and the back wall so that cold air can adequately circulate through the cabinet. Incorrectly installing the shelf ledges can restrict airflow, causing the temperature in the bottom of your unit to rise.

Many manufacturers offer their refrigeration equipment in several different height options to best meet your needs. Here's a breakdown of how we classify these different heights:

Counter Height: Work surface is more than 34" high; standard-height unit.

ADA Height: Work surface height is 34" or less; complies with ADA regulations.

Low Profile: Work surface height is less than 32"; designed to fit under most ADA-height counters.
