The shelf on your Avantco CP series dipping cabinet holds the ice cream tubs in place for serving, so if a shelf breaks or needs fixing use the Avantco 17818512 to fix it! This part serves as a direct replacement for the one that came standard on your unit and is designed to provide a sturdy support for (2) 3-gallon ice cream tubs. It will fit the CPW-68-HC, CPSS-68-HC, CPW-47-HC, and CPSS-47-HC dipping cabinets.

These do not last long. I replace them every other year. I wish the metal handles would be more durable and not break off so easily from day to day operational wear.
