Customizable Countertop Merchandiser Refrigerator

Disappointed in the performance of this model. The compressor went out just a few months after the one year warranty expired. Before it went out, we would have to defrost the fridge every week to keep it from collecting ice along the back. It froze some of the drinks in the back because we had to set the temp low enough to regulate the temps for the items near the door. Don't expect this model to last.

The first one arrived very damaged but was replaced with another unit within a few days, which is why I keep coming back to webstaurantstore. But unfortunately I don't like this fridge. Even at the coldest setting it never gets below 43, and actually has an average temp of 46 degrees while not being opened in the hours we're closed. I use sensorpush temperature sensors in all my fridges and have tracked this in the year webe owned it. So this means it's unsafe for perishables, and unsatisfactory for even not perishable drinks. Yes it's not meant to cool food but it does have a rated temperature range of 33-40 degrees, and has never been close to reaching those temps. Our space is air-conditioned and is rarely above 72, and the unit has plenty of clearance in all directions. We pre chill all the beverages that go into it, but it just doesn't hold a safe temp, so we have to keep perishables in our under counter. I would look to a different brand. I'm here a year later looking for something better so I figured I should share my experience. I attached a screenshot showing the temperatures over the last 3 days. Again this is set to the coldest setting, and has basically been exactly like this since day one.

Ordered September 21, 2023. Stayed on the counter top and used for storage of some sauces. Not used too much. May 23, 2024 stopped working. Had Mechanical company look at it and deemed not operable. Only lasted 5 months would not repurchase or recommend.
