46" Countertop Refrigerated Sushi Display Case

Show off your fresh sushi and sashimi selection with the Avantco RSD-46-HC 46" countertop refrigerated sushi display case! It is designed to sit on your sushi bar, showcasing your delicious offerings right where your hungry patrons can see them. In addition to sushi, this case is also great to display your high end meats and cheeses.

At 46" in length, this case can hold up to (4) 1/3 size hotel pans, included with the unit, and has LED lighting to illuminate the contents of the case. Not only does LED lighting provide a clean, white light, it is also energy efficient and does not create any heat inside of the cabinet. Intuitive digital controls are easy to use and will ensure that your case is keeping your sushi at the ideal temperature. A bright white body, paired with the curved, tempered glass front, make this a sleek and modern approach to food display while also allowing the food itself to be the center of attention.

A right side compressor allows this unit to be flush to the wall or other equipment on the left side. The rear sliding door gives easy access for both serving and loading of the food. With a stainless steel interior, this unit is corrosion resistant and easy to keep clean by simply wiping it down at the end of the day. A 1/6 hp compressor with R290 refrigerant keep this case between 33-40 degrees Fahrenheit, while polystyrene insulation prevents the cold air from escaping. An automatic defrost system comes standard and will save you both time as well as energy. A convenient drain is located in the back of the unit for collected defrosted water. A 115V electrical connection is required for operation.
