You can even use it in your bakery to keep a selection of macarons or fruit tarts on display at eye level!
This bakery display case features bright, cool LED lighting that is designed to show off your chilled baked goods! With a proper display, your bakery items can merchandise themselves and increase impulse sales. The case also has two interior chrome plated wire shelves that you can adjust depending on the items you want to display. In total, this model has a capacity of 7.24 cu. ft.
The flat front glass provides an unobstructed view of your food while the side glass panels and rear glass access doors ensure that customers can see the case's contents from any angle. A specialized air outlet design circulates air against the glass front to reduce the build-up of condensation. Without condensation to get in the way, your customers will always have clear visibility to your tempting desserts!
This model uses R-290 refrigerant to keep the interior temperatures at safe levels between 32-40 degrees Fahrenheit. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. It has a 1/3 hp compressor and requires a 110V electrical connection for operation.

A little pass 2 yr mark, same issues came about as others on the reviews reported. Don’t bother with this unit.

This is a great looking refrigerated display case, but unfortunately it does not work as great as it looks. Like another reviewer mentioned the temperature that displays on the digital temperature gage isn't close to the actual temperature inside the case. Also it always ends up being very moist inside which isn't great if you have pastries. Overall our smaller refrigerated display case that we use and abuse in the open air farmers market works much better at keeping the temperature steady and the inside environment cool and dry.

Bought two of these at the same time. The first one, working and have had no issues. The second - the compressor died after two years. Painstakingly have kept the compressor coils cleaned, and I say painstakingly because they are underneath the unit and very difficult to get to. The unit has to be tilted, then rested once leveled again as a safety precaution to allow oil and refrigerant to flow back into place. According to the tech that was just here, after speaking with Avantco, they don't even have a part number for the compressor because the unit is under $ and it would cost more to replace the compressor than to purchase a new one. Although the other one is still going, I would not recommend.

Worked great when I first used it but as soon as the weather started warming up it couldn’t handle it. Any slight humidity or warm temps and it fogs up so bad so you can’t even see what’s in the case. We had to continuously squeegee it and wipe it off. And the condensation is so bad. I’d use multiple rags to sop up over an inch of water that would form on the top every day in the summer. And our business is in Maine, I can’t imagine buying this in the South. Maybe if you live in a state with no sun this would work, otherwise it’s useless.

Bought equipment a year ago and the internal temperature won’t get down past 54 degrees. Contacted numerous repair company’s and they can’t work on it because it uses propane and has no access point to it.

Tamu CupcakeryThis was a huge hit when we first received it, then it started having condensation about 9 - 10 months after use and a little over a month ago it started cooling between 45-50 degrees, now its at 66 degrees. I am really disappointed because its a beautiful display case, but our desserts are spoiling. I have many skills but appliance repair is not one of them so I truly hope the manufacturer and/or Webstaurant can save the day.
