Dual Temperature Full Glass Door Commercial Wine Cooler

Cools properly but doesn't fit anything larger than a thin bottle of wine. Tears up labels as the shelves are far too close together. Shelves also don't move smoothly in comparison to the wine fridge at our first location. We are going to have to replace it simply because it's more hassle than it's worth. Other part of the problem is that we bought a wine fridge that was great from Webstaurant in the past but those don't come up in the search any more unless you type in the exact product name so we thought we were ordering the same one as the first time but this one showed up. That's on us for not double checking but it doesn't make sense that the better one doesn't come up in searches any more. Do not buy if you are storing any type of wider bottles, they don't fit except on the bottom shelf.

We purchased this to store our concentrates at 5 of our dispensaries. Buying the 6th one now! Works great!

Unfortunately, these wine fridges were not designed with all shapes and sizes of bottles taken into account. You CANNOT fit your average Pinot Noir nor Chardonnay bottles side by side without removing the top rack. Honestly, any Burgundy, Bordeaux, or Champagne/sparkling bottle will jam the top rack from opening. Just forget about any botttle larger than 750ml. This was disappointing, and we had to remove every other shelf to make use of the fridge. Design is faulted and only needs a few more centimeters clearance between racks. Returning this fridge would be more of a hassle then its worth. We're stuck with what we got.

We received the product in undamaged packaging, but upon plugging it in, it doesn't cool effectively. We're hoping that repairs or replacement are able to happen seamlessly and quickly, as it's delaying the opening of our establishment.
