This Avantco Ice 19492914 water level/temperature sensor servers as a direct replacement for the one that comes with select Avantco Ice modular ice machines. It is designed to detect both the level of water as well as its temperature. If this part is no longer working effectively, be sure to swap it out with an operational one.
