Dimensions are a good guide, but gaskets can be measured in a variety of ways – for example, if you measure your gasket from the centerlines (darts) vs. the maximum width and height those dimensions will be different for the same part number. The figures we display are generally provided by the manufacturer and information may not be available on which method was used to measure.
