These Avantco 178BUNPNRAIL bun pan rails work with your Avantco Refrigeration CFD series reach in refrigerator or freezer to allow for easy storage of bun pans. These rails fit in your unit to provide a specific place where you can simply slide bun pans in and out, eliminating the need for a rack and providing more efficient use of valuable cold storage space. Made of type 304 stainless steel, this rail is strong and durable enough to stand up to constant use. It is designed to accommodate full size sheet or bun pans.

These were a life saver at our small coffee shop! We ran out of space in our freezer to store pans of pastries and with these, we were able to add a lot more rows for pans. Really solid, quality metal that holds a lot of weight up without any "give"

Unfortunately we wanted to love these as the concept was just what we needed but nonetheless a year later and we still struggle daily with them. I don't know if we got a bad "lot" that maybe the production was off on but the little "arms" that are supposed to slip into the holes to hold them in place are far too short and they are constantly falling when we try to slide sheet pans in. We've come in to 4-5 trays of macaron shells crushed because the brackets fell overnight. It's sad because it's not even that we have overloaded the shelves with weight but we don't feel safe using them as they are not sturdy. Hopefully they've improved the design

Love these, made my fridge much more useful for chilling baked goods on bun pans. Installed very easily, sturdy build, exactly what i needed and expected.

These do their job and work as they should. Would be cool if they were a bit longer on bottom portion to hold the tray in the middle section of the fridge.

These are a must if you are getting the Avantco SS-2R-HC 54" Reach-in Refrigerator. The backs of the shelves have a bump out in the back and won't allow a full sized cookie sheet pan to be put in with the door closed. With these rails, the cookie sheet slides all the way to the back of the fridge and the door will close. They do fall off the sides more than I would like, but they are essential for whole pans.

A must have for your fridge or freezer. Use this with a sheet pan and you will not have to buy those expansive white coated grids

The best! I was so happy to find a way to fit full sized sheet pans in our avantco fridge. For our two door we can fit 9 on each side for a total of 18. Also works great in our freezer for freezing pastries!

These rails solve a problem I had had for years: how to adapt our reach-ins to hold sheet pans. The fact that the rail slots allow for many different configurations means we can fit more stuff into our fridges.
